We provide Landlord gas safety certificates for rented properties. We will test all gas appliances in the property to ensure they are running safely and efficiently. This includes boilers, fires, cookers and hobs.

We will also test the gas meter and pipework to look for possible gas leaks and ensure it meets gas regulations.

We also inspect carbon monoxide alarms to ensure they’re working correctly and are up-to-date.
