Company History

Mark Abraham Gas was founded with a simple goal to provide homeowners with the kind of heating service that’s becoming increasingly difficult to find: honest advice, quality workmanship and a genuinely personal approach.

From the very beginning, I believed that every customer deserves to be treated with respect, every job deserves our full attention and every installation or repair should be completed to the highest possible standard. Over the years, as the team has expanded we’ve built our reputation one customer at a time, with much of our work coming through recommendations and repeat business from people who value reliable service and engineers they can trust.

As a local, independent business, we’re proud to serve homeowners, landlords and businesses throughout Peterborough and the surrounding areas. Every member of our team takes pride in providing a professional, courteous and respectful service from the moment we arrive until the job is complete. Our engineers wear clean corporate clothing, arrive on time wherever possible and treat every home as if it were their own.

Taking care

We follow industry best practice on every visit, taking care to protect your property by removing our footwear where appropriate, using protective dust sheets in working and access areas, and keeping disruption to an absolute minimum.

Once the work has been completed, we ensure everything is left clean and tidy before taking the time to explain exactly what has been carried out, answer any questions you may have and confirm that you are completely happy with the work before we leave.

I had the quote later that day and the appointment was made for the following week.  The work was completed in three days.

Everyone was absolutely brilliant. I was nervous of changing the heating and had been putting it off for years.  I can't tell you how relieved I am that it's now done.  As you'll see from other reviews,  everyone is professional but friendly.  No messing about, but very approachable, and nothing is too much trouble. They would let me know what they were doing, and come and talk to me if they came across any issues.  A solution was run past me to make sure I was happy before they went ahead. The engineers who worked so hard were Callum, Bradley and Leo.

There's just one little thing to sort out, but I'm sure that will be dealt with in the same way as everything else, so I'm not in the least bit worried.

Thank you ever so much. It's very rare to find tradespeople with such a culture, and you're all amazing. I'd recommend Mark Abraham Gas Services in a heartbeat!
